Vaccination Requirements

Immunizations are an important part of your child's health and mandated by state law. "Students who fail to provide the documentation required by law may be excluded from school until the requirements are satisfied." Section 72-5209. Please check your immunization records to insure your child is up to date.
Kansas requirements:
DTaP (4) - last dose must be after 4th birthday
Polio (3) - last dose must be after 4th birthday
MMR (2)
Hepatitis B (3) - Fifth grade and under
Varicella (Chicken Pox) (1) - Fifth grade and under
TD Booster - Ten years after last DTaP vaccine given, usually around 14 years of age.
